RULES FOR FLASHPOINT CHRISTMAS CARD COMPETITION
1. No admission fee or purchase is necessary to participate. One entry per person.
2. The prize is a copy of Operation Flashpoint Gold Upgrade, a t-shirt
and credit on the website. The winner’s entry may be used by Codemasters as an image or an e-card on its site and for emailing out to customers and others.
3. All entries must be original work or an adaptation of materials from Operation Flashpoint. You must not copy parody or use third party material.
4. The promoter of this competition is The Codemasters Software Company Limited (“Codemasters”).
5. To qualify, entries must be received no later than 23.59hrs on Monday 10th December 2001.
6. The winner will be the entry chosen by Codemasters as its favourite, in its absolute discretion.
7. You must be at least 16 years of age to enter.
8. All entries become the property of Codemasters and by entering you
assign all rights therein (including copyright) to Codemasters and you waive all moral rights in respect of the entries.
9. If Codemasters is unable to contact the winner by Tuesday 11th December 2001, or if the winner fails to
comply with any of the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner shall be drawn from the remaining entries.
10. Codemasters will not enter into any communications on the procedural issues or the results of the competition. Codemasters’ decision is final.
11. Entries and prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions are allowed.
12. Codemasters accepts no liability for lost, damaged, misdirected or delayed entries or any technical difficulties affecting the end result of the competition or of the entry into the competition.
13. The winner will be announced on Codemasters’ website www.codemasters.com on Wednesday 12th December 2001.
14. The competition is not open to employees (or their families) of Codemasters.
15. The competition is subject to the laws of England and Wales. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.
